I attended a group luncheon in the private room at Liberatore's in Eldersburg this past Thursday, 3/13/25. The room is great -- I didn't know there was a private room in the back; the food was delicious --I had the lunch buffet which had so many options! and I was told that the orrechiette special was fabulous. Our server was Jordan and she was amazing! She was very attentive, respectful, helpful and on top of everything-- and, she was the only one taking care of the entire group of 30 women :-0 It was no wonder she was running around the entire time. Kudos to Jordan and the kitchen staff! Next time, when I have lunch or dinner at the restaurant, I'll be sure to ask if Jordan can be our server :-)

This was our first visit to the restaurant, and we had a wonderful lunch. The food was delicious and the portion sizes large. Our server, Joanna, was friendly, attentive and very helpful. We had the Orecchiette Alla Formaggio and the Fettucine Alfredo with Shrimp. We also ordered take-out for later which included an Augie Salad and a Meat Lovers Pizza. We look forward to our next visit to the restaurant.

Liberatore’s catered our event on 1/28/25 and they were outstanding! The event was for about 75 people and the team was on-time, had a great set up, extremely polite and did a phenomenal job throughout the event! I highly recommend their catering services and we frequent the restaurant as well. Top notch food and service all the time!!!

Best date night! The atmosphere, background music ( Annie Lenox, Ed Sheeran, etc) and energy are just perfect in the dining area of the lounge. Service? Absolutely Superb! Food was so good, great job chefs, and owner Dante who greeted us with huge hugs and smiles. Loved our Marsala dish, grilled calamari, ahi tuna app and cream of crab soup. Even the bread and ice tea are amazing. We need to visit much more often!!! Thank you Team Liberatores for being in 21784 and gifting us with dining excellence - Keri & Wes

After years of cooking big holiday meals for the family I decided to treat myself this year with the steak holiday dinner to go. It was delicious! Everything was perfectly seasoned, portions were generous (it served 4) and the reheating directions were easy to follow. I hope they offer these holiday dinner packages again. They are well worth the price.

Such a great place. I work at a doctors office nearby and every time we order takeout from here we get our food promptly and with care. Ashley, who worked the takeout counter, was so kind and helpful when we needed to make some last second changes to our order. On top of the great service, the food is awesome! Highly recommend.

Local gem! Love it!!! We did takeout at Liberatores of Eldersburg to celebrate my husband's Bday. He loves Italian food so it was perfect. We got an appetizer of Crab Dip and Grilled Calamari. Our entrees were excellent we got Chicken Parm over angelhair and Alfredo with Blackened Shrimp over angelhair. Good homemade sauce but I wish it had a few more spices and garlic. Next time I will order more add ons to stir in. I was pleasantly surprised they got all my additions asking for ingredients on the side for my entree. Yes it was all perfect. They gave us a lot of bread too! The food was yummy and plentiful and we got multiple meals out of it. Everything was cooked perfectly and not overcooked which is especially important with seafood like Calamari. They had our meal ready super fast even though it was a busy weekend. (Thanks Ashley!). My impression of Liberatores: I love the atmosphere here there is an ample dining room with romantic mood lighting, spacious bar and lounge room as well as private back room and outdoor patio. It isn't too loud and there is soft Italian music playing in the background. This is the perfect local family owned restaurant for both celebrations and casual dining too. The catering side of the restaurant is filled with all the goodies you could ask for: frozen meals to go, wine, beer, Italian sodas, beautiful cookies, boxed pasta, cheese, salami, home made jarred marinara, jams, etc. Everyone at Liberatores is so sweet and welcoming. I can't wait to come back here again I would love to eat out on the patio once the weather cools down. Thanks Dante and team at the Eldersburg Liberatores! There's a reason this restaurant has been around for 35 years. 11/10 highly recommend

Delicious! First restaurant my husband and I visited when moving to this area! Made to feel right at home! Finally have a picture to post! grilled calamari, meatballs, rockfish special, octopus special, clams casino, ahi tuna... unfortunately did not last long enough for pictures!!! There is something for everyone here! Warm team as well:) Will be here often:)
